“Pin You Wei” Wonton Restaurant is a catering brand featuring hand-made, fresh-packed and shepherd’s-purse-based stomach-nourishing wontons. After completing the store renovation, it aimed to create a comfortable and appealing dining environment for customers through carefully selected outdoor and in-store furniture, so as to enhance the customer experience and brand image. Our furniture company was honored to undertake the furniture supply project for this wonton restaurant and customized a series of furniture products in line with the brand style.

Outdoor Furniture Design and Arrangement

• Umbrellas and Table-Chair Sets
  Considering the outdoor usage scenario of the wonton restaurant, we equipped it with large sun umbrellas. The umbrella surfaces are made of high-quality sun-proof and water-resistant fabrics, which can effectively block ultraviolet rays and light rain, providing comfortable outdoor dining shelter for customers. The accompanying tables and chairs are designed with the concept of simplicity and practicality. The tables are made of sturdy and durable materials, with surfaces specially treated to be stain-resistant and easy to clean, facilitating daily store maintenance. The chairs adopt an ergonomic design. The seat cushions and backrests are filled with high-elasticity sponges and covered with wear-resistant and comfortable fabrics, ensuring that customers won’t feel tired even after sitting outdoors for a long time.
• Decorative Flower Boxes
  Around the outdoor dining area, we placed decorative flower boxes as partitions and beautification elements. The flower boxes feature a black body coordinated with the tables and chairs, along with the brand logo. They can be filled with various green plants or flowers, not only adding a natural touch but also serving to divide the space, creating a relatively private outdoor dining environment for customers. Meanwhile, the prominent brand logos on the flower boxes also promote the brand promote the brand subtly）subtly.

In-Store Furniture Design and Layout

• Dining Tables and Chairs
  The in-store dining tables and chairs continue the simple and fresh style. The dining tables are mainly in light wood color with natural textures, giving a warm and clean feeling. The tabletops are of moderate size, suitable for both single quick meals and group dinners. The matching chairs also focus on comfort. The blue seat cushions echo the overall blue-and-white color scheme of the store, creating a refreshing dining atmosphere. The chairs are designed for easy stacking, allowing flexible adjustment of the space layout during off-peak hours and improving space utilization.
• High Bar Tables and Stools
  To meet the needs of different customers, the store has also set up a high bar table and stool area. The high bar tables feature wooden tabletops paired with black metal frames, presenting a simple and stylish look. The bar stools are simply designed, with a height matching the bar tables and soft and comfortable seat cushions. Customers can sit here to enjoy a quick meal, adding a touch of modernity and fashion to the store.

Integration of Furniture and Brand Image

Throughout the furniture design process, we fully considered the brand characteristics and positioning of “Pin You Wei” Wonton Restaurant. The color choices of the furniture match the blue-and-white main tones of the store, creating a unified and harmonious visual effect. At the same time, brand elements are cleverly incorporated into the details of the furniture, such as the logo stickers on the tables and chairs and the brand logo on the flower boxes, strengthening the brand image and allowing customers to constantly feel the unique charm of the brand during the dining process.

Customer Feedback and Results

After the reopening of the renovated wonton restaurant, the new outdoor and in-store furniture has received unanimous praise from customers. The comfortable environment has attracted more customers to dine, especially in the outdoor area where the tables under the sun umbrellas are often fully occupied. The high bar tables and regular tables and chairs in the store also meet the needs of different customer groups, improving customer dining satisfaction. The store manager stated that these well-designed furniture pieces have not only improved the dining environment but also had a positive effect on the store’s customer flow and turnover, while also enhancing the popularity and reputation of the “Pin You Wei” brand locally.
